In this book I will highlight and explore many of the disruptions that I observed within myself. Offering you the practices that I used to explore healing and feeling more balanced.
I will comment on many of the obstacles that I observed, how I understand their link with the rest of my life and being and practices that I have discovered and used that have helped me overcome my limitations and have supported my personal development and expansion of my self-awareness and individual consciousness. Some of these tools and practices are traditional, some alternative and some new creative discoveries. All of them I recommend you should try so that you too can feel more informed about what drives you and navigate yourself towards making better choices to meet your needs.
