Fast forward a few years after becoming trained in yoga and other holistic healing methods and I began teaching online during the lock-down. It was at this point that I recognised there was a much wider need for support that was beyond my own skill set. I saw that I had a choice: do I set up my own personal business or do I use what skills I have to support others so we can come together and have a greater impact..

Growing up in a working class environment in Northern England my own mental health did not feel supported, neither at home nor at school, and I realise now that my battle with addiction kept me in a constant state of survival. As an adult, I stepped into the role of a high-school teacher and continued to see how people suffered, teachers and students. I knew then that I needed to find another way..
