Why Work With Me?

My Edge is My Depth.

Having faced years of addiction, trauma, and a profound sense of disconnection, I know what it feels like to be trapped in patterns of disruption.  

Through a combination of self-reflective practices, energy work and emotional processing techniques, I have navigated myself into alignment. I've learnt that with a direct connection to 'the field' (of higher consciousness and energy), we can find guidance and support as we evolve beyond what we have known. 

I now guide others as they explore their inner experience. Holding space as you explore and showing the way to move through unknow terrain and beyond.
